Integrative massage is personalized with intention for brining full body awareness and connection, bringing all parts to a whole. It is a medium pressure level of depth that will bring you into a deep relaxation.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue uses less cream and has a much deeper level of depth of pressure. This modality is used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and help to heal injuries below the surface

Hi my name is Erika Stahlecker. I am a licensed massage therapist. I graduated from Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in December of 2021. I offer Swedish, Deep tissue, and Integrated massage. I offer a massage tailored to each individual and your needs. I am an avid outdoors person and I understand the need and importance on unwinding and relaxing. I love the calmness of the beach and sea turtles.
